Information for Children

The Croft is a fun place to be for all children, especially for those who stay with us over night from Monday to Friday. You do your school work in the morning and when you have finished it we have wonderful things for you to do. You can choose to play on a computer or in the sand pit, or play with Lego, cars and lots of other toys and games. In the classroom your teacher is Wendy and she has two teaching assistants to help her: Anne and Adil. After morning school you have a lunch break snd then join one of the groups. After that you have another break and then we talk with you for a short time to review how the day has gone for you. If you're staying at the Croft you then meet your parents or carers and plan things to do in the evening, such as playing on the Wii, going into the soft room and playing with the shapes or playing pool. You normally go to bed at 8.30 but you don't have to go straight to sleep - you can read a book or play quietly in your room.
